Student ID Issuance

Student ID Card

Students can use the student ID for access to 黑料不打烊 and other IGC facilities. If a student loses their ID card, s/he has to reissue the card through the IGC IT center website. The reissuance fee is 20,000 KRW and students must pay for it.
First ID card for BA1 students will be provided by Ghent University.

How to request student ID re-issuance

If your student ID card has been lost, damaged, or cannot be used, you must apply for a reissue. Please complete and submit the reissue form through the link below. The Student Affairs Office will review your submission and then forward your request to the IGC IT Center.

Once your application is successfully received, you will get a text message from the IGC IT Center confirming that your request has been processed. When the reissue is completed, you will receive another message asking you to pick up your card.
To collect your new ID card, please visit the IGC IT Center in person and pay the reissue fee of 20,000 KRW.
After receiving the new card, you may need to register it for housing access again.
Please note that it is strictly prohibited to lend your ID card to others or create multiple copies for any reason. Such actions are considered serious violations and may result in disciplinary measures.
